Career and Recovery Resources is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) that sponsors the statewide Red Ribbon campaign. The red ribbon was adopted as a tribute to Enrique Camarena, a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent who gave his life in the war on drugs. Youth from across Texas will begin the celebration with a kickoff rally at the state capitol in Austin.
