Having outgrown our building and parking facilities, we have launched our first-ever capital campaign to raise $4,500,000. The rising demand for our services has been driven by needs CRR is uniquely positioned to meet: employers who need qualified, eager employees; unemployed citizens who need jobs; people with substance addictions who need sobriety; and, children who need sober, employed parents.

Career and Recovery Resources, Inc. has provided employment solutions for diverse populations in the Houston area for over 60 years. The rising demand for our specialized programs has been driven by individuals who are challenged with significant barriers to employment.

We help people who are homeless, disabled, hearing-impaired, literacy-challenged, older workers, ex-offenders, at-risk youth, recovering substance abusers, HIV-positive, Katrina evacuees, career changers, and highly-skilled but downsized workers with college backgrounds. We apply intensive case management to help each client identify the right job opportunities, market themselves, and then stay employed.

The agency is strategically located in mid-town Houston to be easily accessible to this diverse clientele. A successful capital campaign will enable us to make needed repairs to our main facility and expand our facilities to give hope, opportunity, and dignity to many more Houstonians.
